Sunny Tran / Salon Director
A native of Kawasaki, Japan and growing up in a city, Sunny was always fascinated by fashion and beauty. After graduating a college with a teaching degree, Sunny chose to follow her passion and became a hair designer. Educated at Vidal Sassoon, Sunny has been able to combine their legendary precision technique with her free sculpture texturizing technique which she mastered at Soh Hagiwara hair design in Japan. With her signature cut, clients can achieve complete control of a look that is easy to recreate day after day no matter what type of hair texture they have. Sunny also believes that high-definition color complements the shape of one's haircut. Her masterpiece "dimensional coloring" has been worn by many of the fashion-forwarded clients in Monterey County. After 12 years of hair designing, she still strongly values a personal connection between her and each client. As an educator, Sunny is dedicated to keeping the excitement in the business for the next generation of professionals.
Mimi / Senior Stylist
Mimi is originally from Kanagawa, Japan. She moved to the US in 1997 and graduated from college with hospitality degree. Having a natural flair for styling her sister and friends' hair since she was a young girl, she decided to follow her heart to become a professional hair designer. She has been in the industry for 9 years. Mimi has had some educations at Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica and Wella Studio for her coloring technique. Her precision cuts and coloring techniques create natural, soft, and dimensional hair style and color, and work with each client's hair type and personal life style. Mimi has a true passion for her art, and for bringing out the inner beauty of her clients by making them feel confidently beautiful on the outside.
Nuch / Stylist
Nuch graduated from Marinello Beauty School in Seaside California. She specializes in formal hair design, cut and color. Her passion in the beauty industry keeps her moving forward towards new creative styles. Nuch has trained at Vidal Sassoon Academy and has been inspired and updating her technique by some of other well-known stylists which are Beth Minardi and Nick Bernadi.
